Laser cutting produces flat parts, profiles, and component blanks from sheet metal with high precision. It’s usually the first step in the workflow, creating accurately shaped pieces that move on to punching, bending, welding, and assembly.

Bending and forming reshape flat metal into three-dimensional parts using controlled force, without removing material. Bending is one specific forming operation; forming covers a broader range of shaping techniques. Together they produce everything from simple brackets and enclosures to complex automotive and aerospace components.

Turret punching creates holes, cutouts, slots, and similar features in sheet metal, and is especially efficient for repeating hole patterns. It follows material preparation and precedes forming, producing flat components ready for bending, welding, and hardware installation.

Welding permanently joins separate metal components into a single assembly, after cutting, punching, and forming have established part geometry. Spot welding does the same at specific points, using localized heat and pressure to bond overlapping parts into durable finished assemblies.
